Prices:
Our website and quoted prices are subject to change without notice. We have the right to cancel orders if there is an error in pricing or our suppliers have increased their prices
Backorders and Discrepancies:
Occasionally, products become discontinued, go on backorder, or our costs change without prior notification from the suppliers. We will notify you by email if any of these scenarios affects your order.
Order Changes:
All requests to modify an order must be emailed to sales@beesmed.com for approval. Changes on certain items are subject to additional charges. No changes can be made on items that have to be special ordered from our suppliers .
Shipping Delays:
Bees Medical is not liable for any shipping delays outside of our control and we will do everything possible to ensure the speediest deliveries.
Expiration Dates:
The manufacturers do not guarantee shipment of any specific expiration date or lot number .
Limitation of Liability, Indemnity:
Bees Medical shall not be liable for indirect, special incidential, consequential or punitive damages.
The Buyer shall indemnify and hold Bees Medical harmless (including, without limitation, Bees Medical's reasonable attorney fees and costs) from any claim arising out of or relating to (a) damage, injury or claim arising from any fault or neglect of Buyer, Buyer's employees, agents and licensees, or any person not a party hereto, (b) damage, claim or liability arising by reason of Buyer's breach of any of its obligations as set forth in this Agreement.
Force Majeure:
Bees Medical shall not be liable for any loss, delay or failure to perform resulting from any force, majeure event, including but not limited to Acts of God, fire, natural disaster, labor stoppage, fuel shortages, government intervention, war or military hostilities, inability of carriers to make scheduled deliveries, manufacturing delays or any act beyond the reasonable control of Bees Medical. Any delivery date may be extended, at Bees Medical's option, to the extent of any delay resulting from any force majeure event.
Acceptance of Terms:
Purchasing products from Bees Medical indicates you accept the terms and conditions specified above.
