Mepilex® Heel Ag is a foam dressing for pressure ulcer, diabetic foot ulcer or exuding wounds on the heel or malleolus, where an antimicrobial action is indicated. Mepilex® Heel Ag conforms well to the heel, preventing exudate from pooling and causing maceration. Mepilex Heel Ag can be removed with less risk of trauma to the wound or surrounding skin. The Safetac technology also prevents Mepilex Heel Ag from sticking to the wound bed yet adheres gently to the surrounding skin allowing easy application of secondary fixation. Latex Free.
